MEDIANINE MODEL RELEASE/WAIVER

MediaNine provides quality adult entertainment and the work is intended for viewing by consenting adults worldwide through one or more of the following websites and/or the media sold within indefinitely. CatfightCentral.com, MonsterBabeCentral.com, ToplessTuneup.com, SwordandSorceryCentral.com.

In consideration for the payment I receive, I hereby voluntarily authorize and give permission to MediaNine, and/or anyone authorized by MediaNine, for the exclusive use of photographs, video, electronic and digital reproductions in any form of my person or personal property. MediaNine may publish, perform publicly, display, distribute, modify, sell, create derivative work from and use images of me together or separately in any website, media or publication owned, produced or controlled by them.

I understand that the modeling work I am about to engage in, and with which it will be distributed, contains adult oriented and sexually suggestive material. It is my understanding that this material may be used in publications depicting people in fantasy related activities. I understand such activities are not intended to represent harmful or degrading actions but rather as a benevolent mutual diversion between consenting partners.

I grant MediaNine and it’s designees the right to use my fictional name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and performance as embodied in the product whether recorded on, or transferred to videotape, DVD, film, slides, photographs, audio tapes or other media, now known or later developed. This grant includes without limitation the right to edit, mix or duplicate and to use or re-use the product in whole or part as MediaNine elects. MediaNine or its designee shall have complete ownership of the product in which my images appear, including copyright interests and I acknowledge I have no interest or ownership in the product or it’s copyright.

I understand and acknowledge the nature and risk, including but not limited to personal injury, of participating in a MediaNine video production. I am in good physical and mental health, and not suffering from any physical or mental condition, which may potentially affect participation.  In addition, I release and waive all rights to claim or suit against MediaNine, its officials, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives regarding any and all liability for injuries, or property damages and agree to defend, indemnify and hold MediaNine, its officials, affiliates, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against all claims and suits for injury, or property damages to me.

I hereby release and discharge MediaNine and its providers, owners, creators, contractors, agents, shareholders, directors, officers and employees from any and all liability which might arise from this engagement. I agree not to bring any claim, now or in the future of any kind, against MediaNine, or any host, distributor, retailer, vendor, or any contractors, agents, shareholders, directors, officers and employees thereof.

I voluntarily and knowingly consent to engage in physical or sexually suggestive acts for recording, publication, sale and distribution electronically or by any other media and assume responsibility of doing so. I confirm that I have the right to enter into this agreement, and I am not restricted by any commitment to any parties, and MediaNine has no financial commitment or obligations to me as a result of this agreement other than the consideration already paid.

I certify I am at least18 years of age and have disclosed my correct legal name, and all other names that I have been known by to MediaNine. I have produced a legal identification card and have not provided any false or misleading information to MediaNine.

I fully understand that my legal name will not be used, and that my legal name, address, phone number, and other personal information are confidential and will not be released to any persons or organizations not connected with MediaNine unless compelled by lawful authority.
